1. What are your rates?
   That actually depends on the size of the job and what is to be accomplished, but in general we charge $65 an hour. Repeat customer are usually charged $50 per hour.
   


2. Can you do estimates before stating work? What does that cost?
   Yes we do estimates, they cost nothing, and do not require you to make a commitment.
   


3. Do you have to come on site to get the work done?
   Most program and network support requests can be handled remotely, which saves both time and money.
